On December 11, 2024, after two and a half years, we finished reading the entirety of The 1619 Project. It was such a wonderful, rich, inspiring experience that the group decided to continue on. So, we will continue Wednesdays at noon reading Christina Sharpe’s extraordinary book, Ordinary Notes. All are welcome. Since we will be reading and grappling with the text out loud, as we did with The 1619 Project, no one has to read anything in advance and anyone can join at any time. Come, try it out!
