Celebration of Jewish Arts & Culture

Our annual Celebration of Jewish Arts and Culture is designed to provide exciting, thought-provoking programming that celebrates the creativity, spirituality and beauty at the heart of Judaism. It is both a vehicle to teach those who are not Jewish in an accessible and non-threatening way about Jewish culture, history and thought as well as a vehicle to remind the Jewish community that there are many interesting and inspiring ways to connect to their heritage.

Each year, our celebration contains a visual arts, dance, theatre, film and lecture component. We also build a sukkah with neighborhood children and present what is perhaps the only multi-cultural Kristallnacht commemoration in the country.

The goal of our Celebration is to promote a greater understanding of and appreciation for Jewish culture in both the Jewish and greater community, and to explore the relationship between religion/spirituality and the arts. For the past 20 years, people of all faiths and cultures have come and enjoyed and learned from our Celebration. None of this would be possible without the generosity of our donors. Please consider a gift to help us enhance and expand this wonderful, rich programming. And…stay tuned to see what exciting performances, exhibits and events this year’s Celebration will include.
