Our Rose Window Has Returned!

Thanks to the generosity of the Charter Oak Cultural Center family of supporters, our beloved Rose Window has been returned its home in our sanctuary! As you may recall, last fall, we discovered that the window was beginning to deteriorate, leading to the possibility of us losing this 144-year-old treasure.

Normally, the Rose Window gently rains down its richly colored light onto children learning music or dance and the artists who perform in that sacred space.

Now that Charter Oak is closed due to the pandemic, our educational programs, performances and exhibits have all had to go virtual. We will have to wait until the time comes when we can be together to celebrate the return of this centerpiece of our historic building. We pray that will be very soon. In the meantime, please enjoy this glimpse of the light dancing through our window, once again, pouring forth blessing for us all.
