Offsite Partnerships
Charter Oak’s nationally-recognized Youth Arts Institute is made possible by collaborating with over a dozen institutions and organizations across Hartford and through the generosity of a diverse community of sponsors. We recognize and celebrate them here.

Shared Ability Arts
Taken from a segregated classroom, these students with multiple and severe disabilities meet weekly to dance and create artwork, and are paired with their typically developing peers.Classes are held with a physical therapist present, so students are able to stand with assistance and special equipment.
