Sunday December 1, 3PM: Tim Parrish and Lucy Ferriss
Lucy Ferriss is the author of ten books, mostly fiction. Her novel A Sister to Honor, set partly in northern Pakistan, was a WNBA 2015 Great Group Read; her novel The Lost Daughter was a Book–of-the-Month pick; and her memoir, Unveiling the Prophet, was named Best Book of the Year by the Riverfront Times. Recent essays appear in The American Scholar, Prairie Schooner, and The New York Times. Her forthcoming novel is The Boy in the Road. She lives in the Berkshires and Connecticut, where she is Writer-in-Residence at Trinity College.
Tim Parrish is the author of three books: Fear and What Follows: The Violent Education of a Christian Racist, a Memoir; The Jumper, a novel; and Red Stick Men, a collection of short stories. He is a professor of English at Southern Connecticut State and architect of the only full-residence Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing program in Connecticut.
