Our FREE monthly pajama party for the little ones returns with local author Rosamond S. White sharing her delightful book, a craft activity and every child leaves with a FREE copy of the book!

“Home, Where is Home?” is about an American Caribbean family tracing their way back home to the Caribbean. On their journey throughout the different islands, the story portrays the family’s connection to all the islands depicted through their culture, their history, and their geography. Home, Where is Home? introduces us to their parents’ home islands and a neighboring island that’s home to one of their aunts.

About the author

Rosamond S. White claims her birthplace of Antigua and Barbuda and her maternal home Commonwealth of Dominica in the Caribbean. She immigrated to Brooklyn, New York as a teenager. She holds a BA in History from Marymount College Tarrytown-Fordham University. Dual MS degrees, Human Resources from the New School of Social Research in New York and Leadership and Negotiation from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA. Enjoys reading, travelling, and cooking. Presently, resides in East Hartford, CT.
